go to control panel and update your global php version, takes about 20 seconds to do.
I just followed the instructions, went to my domain, but I get an error message saying “Your server is running PHP version 4.4.9 but WordPress 3.2.1 requires at least 5.2.4.”
I guess 1and1 needs to install a newer version of PHP in order to support the latest version of wordpress. Bummer.
